Each property has it’s very own website. It’s created with a push of the button using the information you inputted for the brochure.
You can use the website URL in other areas where you are marketing the property such as; the MLS, your company website, etc.

TALK ABOUT THE LOCATION
You can use our Auto Map feature which creates a map with a click of the button or upload your own map or image.
Easily adjust the zoom perspective and enter topics with bullet points expanding on each topic. Having a section on the location of the property allows you to market to people outside of the area and state.
DEMOGRAPHICS
Demographics are included with the membership. We partnered with ESRI for our demographics. ESRI is considered the best in class in regards to demographics and best of all, the data is recent.
Similar to the Location Summary, having comprehensive demographics allows you to expand your reach outside of the area and state for buyers.
EASILY ORGANIZE IMAGES & ADD CAPTIONS
Uploading property images is easy. You can showcase property images in a variety of ways, such as; one, two, three, or four images per page. You may add captions to each image as well.
There is no limit to the number of property images you can upload.
INCLUDE YOUR OWN FILES
We recognize many times you will want to include documents and files outside of our platform. This is why we created “Additional Pages”. Using Additional Pages you can upload such things as; market trend reports, sale or rent comp reports, CMA reports, and a list of your recent closings. There is no limit to the amount of documents you may include for each property.
STAND OUT IN THE CROWD, GO BEYOND FLYERS
Most agents just use the MLS and/or a flyer and sometimes a 2-4 page brochure. Our online platform allows you to go way beyond flyers and create a comprehensive marketing package (some call it an offering memorandum).
You have the option of creating a one page flyer or something much more comprehensive which many times makes the difference in obtaining the listing and getting a higher price for the property.

Homes can have a lot of features. Even smaller homes have tons of features when you consider everything. Many agents make the mistake of not including all the property features.
By including all the features, you are creating value which can translate to a higher sales price. Our platform allows you to expand on each feature. For example, “master bedroom” can be “large master bedroom with fireplace and sitting area”.
ACTIVE AND SOLD COMPARABLES
Enter the basic information for Active and Sale Comps and let our platform do all the hard work. All the fancy charts and graphs are automatedly created from the basic data entered.
